The Primary Care Alcohol Service provides a single point of entry for all alcohol referrals in Torbay. Referral can be made by individuals or professionals via phone, post and online at Torbay Alcohol Services opens in a new window.
The Primary Care Alcohol team work with people who are drinking at hazardous, harmful or moderately dependent levels. We provide a range of interventions including: Motivational work, CBT techniques, care planned interventions, community detoxification, group work, brief advice, signposting, information and referral to other agencies.
