Disclosure Log
This Disclosure Log provides a quick way to see some of the disclosures made under Access to Information legislation, which the Council considers to be of wider public interest.
For each disclosure listed, there is a brief description of what was requested, the date it was processed and a link to the answer.
In certain circumstances there may be too much information to be scanned and provided within the answer file. If this is the case, there will be an alternative means of accessing this information detailed on the disclosure log document.
If a request was processed as "Information not Held" or "Passed to 3rd Party" this will also be shown in the outcome.
Not all information is published on the Disclosure Log, for example requests which relate to personal data or third parties will not be included.
Other Methods of Finding Information
Torbay Council's Publication Scheme contains a list of information which is deemed to be in the public interest and is already available via the Torbay website. For more information about the Publication Scheme or to view the information visit the

How to Use the Disclosure Log
There are two ways to look at requests on the Disclosure Log.
- To view logs on this page, click on the 'select month' box, choose a month and click on 'Display'.
- If you do not know which month the log was recorded, enter key words (e.g. rock walk) in the search box and all the logs containing this text will be listed
