Covert Surveillance Code of Practice
The code applies to every authorisation of covert surveillance, or of entry on, or interference with, property or with wireless telegraphy carried out under Part II of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, 2000 by local authorities.
Covert Human Intelligence Code of Practice
This code applies to every authorisation of the use or conduct by public authorities of covert human intelligence sources carried out under Part II of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act, 2000.
