The Project Management Team provide project management services to capital build projects and act as a centre of excellence promoting best practice procedures and processes across the authority.
Working closely with the Procurement Team and the Corporate Asset Management Team, the Project Management Team aims to provide information and advice on Capital Projects and administers the Consultants Framework Agreement providing design and surveying services to the authority.
