Change of Address

You should let Torbay Council know when you move into, within or out of Torbay. Using the Moving House service you can notify the following council departments of your new address:

• Council Tax
• Electoral Registration
• Housing Benefit
• Libraries
• Licensing
• Parking
• Viewpoint Panel
