Oldway Mansion in Paignton, with its elegant colonnade, beautiful Italian gardens and resplendent French architecture, stands majestically at the heart of the English Riviera. there is a select range of rooms to complement your party, be it large or small.

The pleasant Riviera climate and French ambience combine to create a romantic setting reminiscent of the Palace of Versailles. It is fast becoming one of England's most popular civil ceremony venues with a wide choice of rooms to suit a variety of tastes, sizes and budgets.

The Winnaretta Room

The high ceilings and elegant tall windows give this accommodating room a subtle, understated style. A photograph is available under the 'Related Documents' heading below.

Price: £40.00 Monday to Saturday (Statutory Fee for all Register offices in England & Wales) plus £3.50 for the certificate. Due to demand we are now offering commemorative certificates priced at £5.00 each.

Accommodates: Up to 60 guests, with seating for 44

The Ballroom

This elegant room, which seats up to 200 guests, is the ideal venue for the larger party.  With the ceremony taking place on the stage all of your guests will be able to witness your special moment  Boasting direct access to the Colonnade, the Ballroom has unparalleled views of the grounds facing seawards.

Price: £234.50 Monday to Friday, £311.50 for Saturday, including £3.50 for the certificate.  Due to demand we are now offering commemorative certificates priced at £5.00 each.

Accommodates: Up to 200 seated in comfort.

The Cecil Room

Sumptuously decorated in a lavish style the Cecil Room has a distinct Victorian atmosphere. A photograph is available under the 'Related Documents' heading below.

Price: £118.50 Monday to Friday, £157.50 on Saturdays including £3.50 for the  certificate.  Due to demand we are now offering commemorative certificates priced at £5.00 each.

Accommodates: Up to 60 guests, with seating for 36
