The main responsibilities of the Council's Customer Access Team are to:

• Assist in the development and implementation and monitoring of the Counci'ls IEG Statements.
• Interpret and communicate e-Government and related technological developments which may be of benefit to the Council and the Torbay Community.
• Maintain, promote and further develop the Council's web site.
