Under the Electoral Administration Act 2006, Torbay Council is required to undertake a review of Parliamentary polling districts and places.

Electors within the constituency may make a representation concerning any views regarding the existing structure of polling districts, polling places and access to polling stations.

Persons making representations should, if possible, give alternative places that may be used as polling stations.

The consultation period ends on 17 September 2007.

Any comments received will form part of the review process and may be open to public inspection.
