From April 2005 The Torbay Partnership Committee will be known as Torbay's Health & Social Care Partnership (THSCP).  This name change is to reflect its work as the Health & Social Care delivery arm of the Torbay Strategic Partnership (TSP).  Further information is included in a report which was presented to the Torbay Strategic Partnership in May 2005.
