We will collect dead animals (i.e. cats, badgers, seagulls, etc.) within Torbay that are on the highway/council land.  If there is a dead animal on private property, we can arrange to collect it but only from the curtilage of the property and it would have to bagged/boxed up.  Ideally, dogs should be taken to the vet by whoever finds them.
