The Learning Disability Service aims to improve the quality of life for people with learning disabilities. It provides the following services:

The Torbay Access Wallet has been produced by Speaking Out in Torbay (SPOT) in Partnership with Torbay Council Transportation Services.  It is a bright orange wallet with plastic pockets that people can put information in to help make using the bus easier and help people be more independent.
