Bay Rides

Funded by Torbay Primary Care Trust and Torbay Council, Bay Rides is a cycle scheme designed to encourage and inform Torbay to cycle more often. This is especially important for short journeys, reduces traffic congestion and long-term health.

The instructors are fully trained to help beginners as well as more technically advanced riders.

Participants do not need a bike as one is provided for you.

Feedback from those who have completed the course thus far is very encouraging with some going on to purchase their own bikes and join one of the local clubs.

For more information, please contact the Bay Rides team on 01803 403739 or 01803 321867.

Can you help publicise Bay Rides? Could you put up a poster in your office/canteen? Please download the word attachment at the foot of this page.
