Health Emergency Badge Scheme
The Health Emergency Badge (HEB) scheme was introduced in April 2006 to offer a dispensation to workers within the health care industry. The scheme is also available solely for use within the Torbay Council district boundary.

If you are hoping to join the scheme please contact Parking Services on 01803 207695 in the first instance, to establish your eligibilty for the scheme and we will then send you a new application form.
