The ·Combined Agency Emergency Response Protocols (CAERP) has been produced by the Devon, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Resilience Forum (LRF).
It acts as the overarching protocol by which all emergencies (as defined by the Civil Contingencies Act 2004
