Coastal Flood Plan

The Coastal Flood Plan is complementary to and consistent with the Torbay Council Major Emergency Plan and aims to:

To provide a pre-planned response to warnings of coastal flooding
To provide graduated incident management to a potential or actual flooding event
To ensure appropriate management of the response to a flood related emergency

Whilst the procedures are aimed at the response to coastal flooding, they can be adapted to manage other severe weather incidents.
