Community Asset Transfer

Applications will be assessed in accordance with Torbay Council’s Community Assets Transfer Policy approved by Cabinet on 27 May 2008 (available below under the Related Documents section). Full details of the policy, the application process and a toolkit to assist applicants will be sent to all groups in receipt of their expressions of interest.

There are no assets currently declared surplus for service delivery for which the Council are seeking Expression Of Interest under the above policy.
