The School Admissions Code requires local authorities to co-ordinate the admission process for all publicly funded schools in their area and to publish co-ordinated schemes explaining how the admissions process will work. Schools in the area have been invited to comment on the schemes and their feedback is included in the final versions. The schemes below relate to children starting primary or secondary school in September 2012 and Septermber 2013 and to children moving into the area or transferring school outside of the normal admissions round in 2011-12 and 2012-13.
