My landlord won’t come round or My landlord has done some work but I still have a problem.
Contact our Housing Standards Team for advice. You will need to give them the name, address and contact number of your landlord.
Housing Standards may contact the landlord on your behalf and may visit the property to assess the situation themselves.
They will then advise you as to how the problem can be resolved and what further action can be taken.
