From the moment your order arrives, until it is finally delivered, you can check on its progress through our system. Your order is given a unique job number on our MIS system. Simply call any of the phone numbers listed here or e-mail us or even fax, it’s that simple.
Guidelines for supplying files to us
We can accept almost any type of file, but would prefer either PDF (Portable Document Format), PS (PostScript), or EPS (Encapsulated PostScript).
We would advise you to add 3mm bleed around all pages
You must embed all fonts in your files.
Ensure images are the correct resolution. The higher the resolution, the better the quality of the final print. We cannot increase the quality of low-resolution images, so image quality is your concern.
Convert images to CMYK colours. We will automatically do this for you, but we cannot guarantee full colour matching.
